What you need to know

• You will NOT lose any Wear-Dated Rewards for Life points. Your points were transferred to Mohawk Infinite Rewards on July 1, 2009.
• If you had Wear-Dated Rewards for Life points but did not have a Mohawk Infinite Rewards account, you received an email from Award Headquarters on July 1, 2009 with a username and password (If you did not, please contact Award Headquarters at 1-888-287-9512)
• If you had Wear-Dated Rewards for Life points and a Mohawk Infinite Rewards account, on July 1st your points were transferred to your Mohawk Infinite Rewards account.
• If you are already a Mohawk Infinite Rewards participant, there is no need to re-register.

• Continue to register all of your Wear-Dated sales at www.mohawkinfiniterewards.com
• Claim your Mohawk Wear-Dated sales at www.mohawkinfiniterewards.com beginning July 2nd!
• Please bookmark www.mohawkinfiniterewards.com
